📍 Location: Local Roots Tree Nursery, Cromane
Featuring guest speakers from Notice Nature Ireland NPWS, Local Roots, Hometree, Hedgerows Ireland, and more, this event will explore the cultural, climate, and biodiversity value of Kerry’s native trees and hedgerows. ✨ All are welcome!

This session will offer visitors a chance to experience the Local Roots Tree Nursery in action, learn about native species propagation, and participate in biodiversity monitoring.
About the Project
Connecting Kerry's Wildlife is a collaborative initiative between Crainn Chiarraí and Kerry County Council Biodiversity Office, supported by Transition Kerry and the From the Ground Up Network.
The project is funded by Creative Ireland, the National Parks and Wildlife Service, and The Heritage Council, with project partners including Kerry Libraries and Crainn Chiarraí.
