A Supermoon Event happens once in a Blue Moon at Tralee Bay Wetlands Centre.
Ever wonder why sometimes the full moon appears much larger and brighter in the sky?
At certain times of the year the Earth is much closer to the moon, creating a Supermoon effect.
This month the Wetlands at Dusk tour has been blessed with two rare events, a Supermoon that is also a Blue moon!
This rarely seen event will coincide with our first dusk tour of the Wetlands for 2018, on Wednesday the 31st of January at 5:30pm.
As always, the Wetlands Dusk tour will provide a chance to get a firsthand look at nocturnal animals, including bats, hedgehogs, voles and more!
Enjoy a leisurely & fascinating guided boat ride though the reedbeds as the sun goes down.
Due to the resounding success of our dusk tour events in 2017 prebooking is essential as places are limited.
This event is suitable for adults and children, but children must be aged 5 or older. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Adults €10, Children €8
